Is a deposit required to rent?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is held at pickup and released upon return of the bike in its original condition. Deposit amount varies by bike category.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your rental start time receive a full refund.
What happens if I return the bike late?
Late returns are charged at the hourly rate for each additional hour. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental — we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Are there discounts for groups?
Yes, groups of 4 or more bikes receive a discount. Contact us through the booking form for group pricing and availability.
Does the price cover multiple riders on one bike?
Each rental covers one bike and one primary rider. Additional bikes for companions are priced separately at the same tier rates.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
The only fees beyond the rental rate are the refundable deposit and any applicable late return charges. Accessories listed in "What's Included" are always at no extra cost.
